With over 30 years of administrative and project management experience, predominantly in custom publishing, Laura-Lee understands the value of establishing a rapport with both colleagues and clients. As a project manager and team leader, Laura-Lee has worked extensively with designers, editors and print production specialists to create custom content for clients in various industries. No matter the project size or scope, Laura-Lee strives to provide exemplary customer service through effective communication, management of expectations, coordination of schedules, monitoring of budgets and problem-solving within a collaborative environment.

Laura-Lee holds a Legal B.A. from the University of The Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Zero Waste Associate certificate from Zero Waste USA.
