Ja’ire has an extensive background in sales and marketing, building and promoting brands, and formulating skillful and targeted approaches to increase consumer and business engagement. Her work experience spans across various industries including entertainment, health and wellness, sustainability, and the behavioral sciences. Using her unique ability to foster strong relationships and connect with consumers and businesses, Ja’ire ensures strategic goals are met. At Gigantic, she has been a member of the Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE) outreach team for five years, supporting the state of California’s mandates and efforts to increase landfill diversion and recycling of post-consumer carpet.

Ja’ire is an M.A. in Psychology candidate at Antioch University, Los Angeles and holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
